Emmet Horrigan joins 3Kites Consulting

3Kites Consulting is thrilled to introduce its latest expert - Emmet Horrigan will be joining our team as a consultant. With more than three decades in IT, including over 15 years as IT Director at Arthur Cox, he brings deep experience in infrastructure, security, governance and leading high‑performing teams through major change. His blend of technical rigour and strategic leadership will be invaluable to our clients, especially those in Dublin.
