As I reflect on my first six months with the team at 3Kites, I have had the opportunity to work closely with several firms on IT reviews, operating model discussions and forward-looking technology strategies.  What has been most encouraging is how open firms are to honest conversations about risk, capability and what technology needs to enable next as they look toward 2026 and beyond.    A consistent theme across those reviews is the importance of strong foundational IT, reli
