My career in legal services began in the City of London and following a global in‑house role, I returned to private practice. Since then, I have held a series of leadership positions and, in 2008, was appointed Managing Partner of a mid‑sized commercial law firm headquartered in South West England, during which time we saw an organic growth of c10% per annum over the 10-year period.
In 2021, I became CEO of Oman’s largest law firm, leading a multicultural team. My role is to grow the firm and make it more outward looking and internationally focused whilst adopting best international standards.
