The KM Ecosystem- making it all work together
How do you make the many parts of your KM ecosystem all work together effectively?
Time & Location
05 Oct 2022, 16:30 – 18:00
Seminar and discussion (on Zoom)
About the event
The KM ecosystem, like the solar system, seems to be constantly expanding. Â For our next 3Kites Knowledge Management Forum, we are going to look at how to try to get the myriad parts of your firm's KM ecosystem to work together effectively. Lawyers seem to have limited patience for new standalone systems, so when you introduce a new system or upgrade an existing one how can you make sure that you are stitching the KM architecture together in a user-friendly way? Â Whether you are looking to get budget for new projects or prioritise your stretched KM team resources to wrangle what you already have as effectively as possible, we will share some practical strategies that we have seen work. Â We look forward to facilitating a discussion among peers as you share your experiences.
Melanie Farquharson, Jane Bradbury and our not-so-new-anymore Kite, Jenni Tellyn, would love you to join us to explore some of these themes:
· What sorts of KM projects are firms looking at currently and how do they overlap/integrate with existing systems?
· Is "legal tech" separate from the KM ecosystem? Should it be?
· How do you get buy-in and budget for new KM projects and who do you need to involve from other disciplines to achieve a successful outcome?
Please join us online at 4.30pm BST on Wednesday 5th October 2022
