'Strategic Leadership and Management’ discussion for law firms

3Kites has been running a series of meetings to discuss areas of strategic interest for COOs, using Teams to reduce the time impact for attendees (these sessions are free for invited attendees).  However, with former BLM Managing Partner Viv Williams now having joined our team, we have decided to extend these discussions to all those with strategic leadership roles in small and medium sized law firms including Managing/Senior Partners, Exec/Board members, COOs and the like.  Our upcoming topics will include the following:
