Caroline joined 3Kites in 2019 and immediately started a long term engagement project managing a major re-organisation for the in-house team of a global corporate.  She had previously spent 10 years as a Senior Project Manager with the Lloyds Banking Group where she controlled a number of large, multi-million pound programmes including the system implementations for over 20 front office applications to support new entity Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and to enable its separation from Lloyds Bank PLC.  Caroline has also been the Senior PMO at the FSC and European Head of Quality Management at Citigroup.
