About the event
Now that firms have adapted to the sudden change in working practices caused by Covid-19, thoughts are turning to the project pipeline. Is it practical to continue with projects that had already started or to initiate new ones ? In this 45 minute online meeting, we will be looking at options and considerations for running projects in the year ahead when many people may still be operating remotely. This could extend from requirements gathering and product selections to project management, deployment (including change management, training and migration) and the move into ongoing support and maintenance.
At 3Kites, we have extensive experience of remote working and are currently assisting a number of law firms to navigate through major implementations whilst working with a distributed workforce. In this session, we will share our thoughts and ideas with you but would also encourage attendees to share their own experiences to help others who may be looking for guidance in order to move projects forward.
Please join us online at 4:30 pm on [Thursday May 14th ?].
We look forward to welcoming you to this session - The 3Kites Team (Paul, Mel, Duncan, Bob, Jon, Rachel, Michele, Justine, Giles, Jane, Caroline and Dannii)
